	apital projects in each of the planning categories: Academics meeting only
	\, on August 25th\, August 30th\, September 1st\, and September 6th at 6:0
	0 - 8:30 pm Public Comment: Members of the public may join the zoom m
	eeting 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start to sign-up for public comme
	nt. Up to 10 minutes of public comment will be allowed per meeting with a
