	ardship Advisory Committee assists the district in being a recognized exam
	ple of environmental education\, stewardship\, and sustainability. The ESA
	C serves as an advisory body to the Superintendent\, who is responsible fo
	r administrative decisions and for providing administrative and policy rec
	ommendations to the Board for approval. The ESAC seeks to influence AISD c
	urriculum\, instruction\, and student learning; integrate sustainability g
	uidelines into the design\, construction\, and operation of AISD facilitie
	s; build awareness and engagement on environmental sustainability topics; 
	and pursue public-private partnerships and other funding mechanisms. The p
	urview of the ESAC may include\, but is not limited to\, the following res
